I used NVIVO to analyze 77 interviews in an endline research of the Integrated Early Childhood Development program, the purpose of which is to enhance the quality of services across key sectors such as health and nutrition for children in their first years of life in 3 indigenous groups of Vietnam. The interviewees include parents, teachers, school leaders, and officers.

I used SPSS and NVIVO to analyze both quantitative (700 surveys) and qualitative data (80 interviews) about Quality Assurance for Vietnamese Higher Education under $25,000 NAFOSTED and regional research funds.

I conducted research in the use of Essay Feedback Checklist for Argumentative Essays in Writing Center with 56 Mainlander undergraduate participants. The research proposal was accepted to present at Asia TEFL 2020 Conference.

To assist graduate students' autonomous learning, I conducted pre- and post-tests and interviews and a pronunciation curriculum to research “Postgraduate students' attitudes toward Mobile-Assisted-Language-Learning for learning English pronunciation.” I later presented at 2019 Continuing Professional Development Symposium for Hong Kong University Language Centers.
