LEARNING DESIGN

I design impactful, data-driven learning experiences that help educators and professionals work more effectively. Grounded in instructional design principles and adult learning theory, my work blends digital innovation with practical, context-specific needs across higher education, K–12, and nonprofit sectors. Sone of my clients include Vietnam National University, City University of Hong Kong, USAID, World Vision Vietnam, Shopee Vietnam, and the National Center for Teacher Residencies in the U.S.

DATA ANALYSIS

I conduct rigorous, mixed-methods research to inform education policy, improve systems, and drive measurable outcomes. With expertise in SPSS, STATA, NVivo, Excel, and Tableau, I’ve led evaluations, built M&E frameworks, and analyzed large-scale datasets for organizations such as UNICEF, American Council on Education, American Institutes for Research, and Columbia University - Center for Public Research and Leadership. My work translates complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making and advocacy.

PROGRAM DESIGN,
MONITORING & EVALUATION

I specialize in designing and strengthening M&E systems to ensure education programs are impactful, equitable, and sustainable. My work spans the full program cycle—from conducting needs assessments and developing theories of change to implementing risk-based monitoring and guiding performance improvement. I’ve supported M&E efforts for large-scale grants such as ESSER (Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief) and Teacher Pipeline initiatives across government, NGO, and multilateral contexts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder priorities.
