My goal is to empower educators and students to be life-long learners and to create a learning organization within educational institutes. I have initiated and worked at various teachers' professional development programs in both the private and public sectors. They encompass teacher pipeline, teaching & curriculum training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
DATA ANALYSIS
​I have actively worked in various qualitative and quantitative research projects about quality assurance, funded by UNICEF Vietnam, regional and national research grants. I demonstrated my data analysis, data visualization, and data report skills, using SPSS, NVIVO, STATA, Excel, and Tableau.

PROGRAM DESIGN,
MONITORING & EVALUATION
Program success and sustainability is the core of my work. I have been involved in different aspects of program development, including preliminary research for need and situational analysis, theory of change and logic model, and evaluation plan.
